What we publish
Being upfront about this, because the boundary is what keeps the page worth reading — and what keeps it up.
We'll publish
- What you were quoted and what you were billed
- How long things took, and how many calls
- Charges that appeared without explanation
- Your honest opinion of the experience
We won't
- Names of employees. Front-line staff aren't the target, and naming one exposes both of us.
- Allegations of crime — fraud, theft, deliberate deception. Say what happened; leave the verdict out.
- Account numbers, emails or phone numbers. Stripped automatically on arrival, and again at review.
- Anything about a person rather than the company.
