These are TELUS's own posts, on TELUS's own accounts. We have added nothing and changed nothing. They are sorry you are having trouble reaching them; a slow connection is answered by suggesting you ask other customers; an outage is something you may report yourself. And somewhere in there is an advert promising you can cancel whenever you like, with no penalties.

Why these and not others. "They're the worst" is an opinion, and opinions are free. "They took money from me" is an allegation of fact, and repeating someone else's allegation makes us the publisher of it — which is a very different thing to be. So this page is deliberately all heat and no accusation.
